Maggie Grace, born Margaret Grace Denig on September 21 the 21st of September 1983 in Worthington Ohio is an American actress. She is best known for her roles as Shannon Rutherford and Kim Mills and Kim Mills on ABC's Lost television show. Maggie Grace was born in Worthington, Ohio and dropped out of high school after her parents divorced to go into Los Angeles to live with her mother. She was struggling to make ends meet when she got her first role in acting in the film Rachel's Room's main character. In 2002 she was nominated to receive an Young Artist Award with her character as a 15 year old murder victim Martha Moxley. Grace Rutherford, the character she played in Lost from 2004 until 2005 was selected for a Screen Actors Guild Award.
